Queen Seondeok & Kim Yushin: A Tragic Love

How could love so deep and true be ever withheld from the one your truly love?

Such is the tragic love story of Queen Seondeok and Kim Yushin who both let their "noble" cause of unifying the three (3) Kingdoms by extracting Lady Misil (Mishil) from the seat of power and restoring it back to the Royal Family, come in between of their once in a lifetime opportunity to find that elusive one true love.

What is power without love to nurture it?
What is success without the happiness in achieving it?
A life lived but unshared with the one you truly love is a life not fully lived.

While to live for others is a noble cause, to live for oneself is equally a noble cause. For one cannot give to others something that is wanting in his own life.

In the final episode, the dying Queen Seondeok made known to Kim Yushin, the identity of the lady in her dreams - herself, giving advice to her younger self. That in her quest for the throne, she will lose her true love and it will be painful from thereon. Of all the things she said, the most touching were the words..."I seem to have everything...but in truth... I've got nothing."

She let go of the chance to live life with Kim Yushin at the first instance her identity was known. Despite Kim Yushin's firm resolve to live a new life with her, away from Shilla, choosing her over Princess Cheonmyeong, she decided to go back to Shilla. Kim Yushin devotedly followed her and staked everything to achieve her goal.

The second chance to finally have Kim Yushin would have been choosing him over Bidam to be her husband when the Gaya descendant disbanded their restoration movement, finally vanishing the issue of Kim Yushin gaining the throne for Gaya' sake.

She let go of this too!

In the end, she died alone and lonely...presumably having second thoughts if not regrets in the choices she made and the two chances she wasted. But then again, the nobility in spirit far outweighed her mortal inclinations.

Not everyone is priviliged to be Queen. It beckons only the most extraordinary of mortals.

Admittedly, HRH Prince Harry is hot commodity right now. With the Invictus Games and his current flame Meghan Markle hogging the limelight. Speaking of hot commodity, it is Prince Harry who is "hot comodity" not Meghan Markle...as her half-brother claimed otherwise. Just like the other girlfriends before her, the interest will fade away when the relationship is brought to a halt. 

CHELSY DAVY - Young Love

The cowboy girl.

Chelsy Yvonne Davy (born 13 October 1985) is a Zimbabwean national 

who dated as an on-off girlfriend of Prince Harry from early 2004 to 2011.

The 31-year-old, who left her law career to launch a jewellery line had a young 

and fun-filled relationship with Prince Harry.

She shied away from the media attention and is said to be not keen on living the royal life.

CRESSIDA BONAS - Awakening

Admittedly, the most beautiful of them all.

Cressida Curzon Bonas (born 18 February 1989) is an English actress, dancer and model. 

As the granddaughter of Edward Curzon, 6th Earl Howe, she comes from aristocracy.

She is the youngest daughter of Lady Mary-Gaye Curzon and entrepreneur Jeffrey Bonas. 

Bonas was introduced to Prince Harry by his cousin Princess Eugenie in May 2012.

After two years into the relationship, it was announced that the couple had parted amicably 

on April 30, 2014..

She is now an aspiring actress and has modelled for the likes of Burberry and Mulberry.

MEGHAN MARKLE -  Mature Love

Her maturity can tame the non-conventional ways of HRH PH.

Rachel Meghan Markle (born August 4, 1981), is an American actress, model and

 humanitarian from Los Angeles. 

A divorcee, as many had always pointed out. 

This is not an issue in a relationship when there is acceptance of the fact.

Another deemed hitch is here lineage, while her father is Caucasian, 

her mother is African-American.  

The color of one's skin or bloodline had never been so magnified. 

It is up to Prince Harry, we are all but non existent bystanders.

Who then will be Princess Harry of Wales? 

Only time will tell.

For the moment, let us enjoy the saga of HRH Prince Harry's lovelife.

The Real Score Between Isabella Calthorpe and Prince William

Now that Prince Harry is said to be serious with Cressida Bonas, some quarters are playing up the theory that the Duchess is unhappy with this turn of events. Way back in 2007, the former Kate Middleton was said to have been momentarily dumped by Prince William for Isabella Calthorpe, who is Cressida's half sister.

The news are playing again this hyped rejection by Isabella Calthorpe, whom  media deemed as the woman whom Prince William truly loves but whose advances she rejected. This is utterly untrue. Isabella was even touted as Mrs. Prince William at the age of 19 without them having even met. Ain't it logical for a man to seek and pursue the woman that interests him? Much more, the one he truly loves?

Media machinery at its finest: Fictional love interest.

The hype went further saying that Isabella is the only girl Kate is jealous about. This kind of theory is a product of the envious  minds who can't accept that a commoner rose to the highest echelon of society by simply becoming the future Queen of England.

Too much hype on blue-blood and rejection:

Prince William is not dumb not to be aware of the machinations around him.  Isabella on the other hand was in love with Sam Branson, with few shortlived relationships prior and during their split. Even their friends denied that the two were an item.

Prince William had never seemed to be interested in nobility.

That Isabella was Prince William's true love and would have been his wife had she not declined is altogether again a product of aristocratic snobbery. Some quarters in their highly revered set cannot get over with the fact that a commoner girl, has overtaken them in the looks and love department, and before whom they will curtsy someday.

Action speaks louder than words - which can be twisted, magnified and muted.

If Isabella was indeed Prince William's true love, why then did he proceed with the engagement  on November 2010 when Isabella just called it quits with Sam Branson on June 2010.  Ain't it ordinary for a man to keep the woman  his hearts longs for close to him? 

Both have snubbed the matchmaking media releases.

Prince William, has grown into a mature and sensible person. The experience he got from the troubled marriage of his parents, surely he would opt for something different for him. He had a string of relationships and the only one that came close to upsetting Kate was Jecca Craig.

Both had been with their respective future spouses for the longest time.

Isabella was in an on and off relationship with Sam Branson from 2006 until 2010, before getting back together in 2011 which culminated in tying the knot in March of this year. 

It is not up for the media to choose whom to marry.

Meanwhile, Prince William had been dating many beautiful ladies prior to becoming romantically involved with Kate Middleton in 2004. The brief split in 2007 was for them to assess where there relationship should go. Being a true prince, Prince William needs nothing less than a marriage founded on love. So in November 2010 they become engaged and the much awaited wedding happened by April 2011.

Prince William needs a real wife, not a poster wife.

It is clear that both are not interested with the other. So let's just give them a break and accept that they truly love another however contrary that may seem to the imagination of many.

Both women found love and stood by their man.

The Duchess of Cambridge is not the only person affected by this unfounded "love,"  Sam Branson is equally in this too. Let's leave them out of Prince Harry's romances.

Now it can be said, that people tend to judge by outward appearances, as if everyone falls in love, gets into a relationship then marry for looks alone.Come on.

She is wrinkled and looks old, well of course, she is eighty-five, what one would expect? But this lady, who holds the most number of noble titles more than any other nobility, has every right to live and die happy.

All her riches cannot give her love.

Prince Harry, is NOT a Hewitt

I am still on the royal mode and am intrigued on the persistent talk on Prince Harry being a Hewitt and not a Windsor, based primarily on three factors: Princess Diana's relatioship with James Hewitt, the hypnotized interview of the latter and the striking similarities in looks between Prince Harry and James Hewitt.

It is not easy to grow up a celebrity and for people continuously doubting one's paternity is even harder.

However, the Queen, had firmly said no to the idea of Prince Harry taking DNA test and stated with finality that Prince Harry is Prince Charles' son.
The Queen's decision could be firmly grounded on the truth.

Looks could be quite deceiving. People around the globe have a look alike on the other side of the world without being related. However, I made my own photo match-ups to see the similarities some quarters are insisting to be bible truth.

I had purposely used James and Prince Charles' recent pictures because others use a young James photo and an old Prince Charles photo. Not fair.

The smirk and the ears on Prince Charles. The nose and the hair color on James Hewitt. But then again, the Spencers are known red heads.

Or could Prince Harry took the looks of his grandparents, after all?

People can strikingly look similar, share similar features, in different angles. But this does not necessarily connote blood relations.

Amidst the rumors, Prince Harry have grown to be his own man.
